Swimming is my new sport. It's a sport that makes me feel free and light. Far away from my troubles, physical or mental.
Back to the pool in MlJ. Good swimming session after kiné, frog, quick style and backwards back. Also a little git of seconds breathing. Nice one hour session.
Chill swimming session towards the end of the day. Was carrying Mini Bibou during the day so I went easy. Sea was super cold, but it's nice. Felt good swimming and the leg was almost without pain, but I didn't rotate a lot. I wish I could live by the sea and swim every day...
First swim in the sea of the 2026. And it was on the Juno beach ! Didn't even know I'm in the historical place! Swimming in the sea is awesome, colder than the pool. With the waves it's harder. Since I'm with the family, I didn't do long session alone, but I did my usual frog, quick styles. Also was spreading my leg. Playing with Mini Bibou and the waves !
Back to SM pool, during the lunch break. There was a loooot of people, so I was not as relaxed since I had to make sure not to block people. I did nice swimming, frog, quick, backwards. Went in active, and felt how my muscles after the session. Leg movement doesnt hurt if I don't rotate until the end.
I took it slow today because after last session I felt little stiff. First I entered the pool for chilling, with bubbles and a lot of old people. There I was by the edge of the pool, stretching myself and just staring ouotside. After 30 minutes I went to the swimming pool and slowly swim - frog style, quick, backwards and on the back. I really enjoy swimming on my back, backards. I took it slow, and enjoyed. I was also more concentrated and relaxed than the last time.
One hour swimming session after kiné in MlJ. Had a hard night last night, so I took it slow, spent much time just chilling in the water, stretching my legs, and swiming slowly and enjoying. Swiming on my back is really calming.
Session with Mini A. again. We played on tobogan again, swimming, Mini A. trying to dive, a real little champ. Laughing and enjoying, we went to the pool couple of times, but can't believe we didn't go more. It's a perfect activity for a child and a parent.
First swiming session alone. Ever. And it was great. I swim frog style, normal style, backwards normal style and backward frog. Even tried butterfly style. I felt normal again. I felt like myself. No pains on the shoulders on butt muscles. Just me. It felt good. Towards the end there was an aqua gym class and I repeated movement with my left leg, which hurts about the butt cheek, rotating it and spreading outside. Next morning, the pain was gone.
I was spending the day with Mini A. and it seemed like a nice idea to go to the pool, and to test how will I feel in the water. We had a blast! Mini A. always loves to go to the tobogan, and this time she learned how to go alone! A brave little champion!
